Well I have an awful lot of summer fairs booked this year so I thought I better start the summer crafting at least.

I made one last night for myself  (If I ever get to go out)

I have lots of sewing to do this weekend and quite a lot of knitting to catch up on. At least I have finished the shawl pattern and popped it on the website eventually still have another 5 to write up and post.

They're lovely.  When do you find the time to make all these things?

I work most night until midnight and some in the morning before work it is the only way to keep the small holding as OH was made redundant at the beginning of the year

Another of the items I was working on this weekend, I think the pattern has turned out well.

I love that one Rachel.  Some little girl would look so cute in it.

By the way they were selling extreme crochet hooks at Wonderwool Wales for £14

I love that too.  Do you do your own designs or use patterns?

Sorry to hear about your OH's job.  I was made redundant a year ago as well.  Applied for some but usually no reply.

I design my own patterns sometimes from old patterns that I have cut up and changed and sometimes just from my head. My grandma taught me how to do dressmaking patterns it has just taken me a while to get the hang if it.
