Hi i doubt she would be weakened so much by scouring. she may be lambing ; which she can do around the spoon but i would be on hand if i were you to assist if she needs it.
Is she straining? restless and up and down a lot? then she's probably lambing. The prolapse before lambing is a vaginal one so the spoon prevents this.Watch she doesn't fully prolapse after lambing but usually the tissue regress when she has lambed.
Does she smell an infection usually always has a particular smell, i can smell it straight away some people can't but if she smells sheep then she's ok, if she smells i would call it a sweet slightly off smell then it maybe infection.
Have some sugar on hand if she fully prolapses then sprinkle this on and gently push the uterus back inside her. you will need to put the spoon back in and harness to keep it all in and i would get your vet to inject her and check her.
If she lambs ok and all is in place then leave be, the lambs suckling will shrink her uterus back and she shouldn't prolapse.
Good luck
