Hi Mandy,
Could I get in the queue for some ixworth eggs too please?
No hurry as we've Easter chicks due this weekend and I've a massive pile of duck eggs to go in after that. Sorry, no Indian Game here either, just a Cuckoo Marans and Light Sussex.

Thanks,

Ben

no problem chaps, started collecting eggs yesterday so will get some set next week, hand hopefully slip the fertile ones under the persistently broody silkies.

Mel
im disapointed with the fertility, i should have candled the eggs before setting, someone was laying very porous eggs, none of them were fertile, the normally porus eggs are fertile, im happier with the eggs now as only a few seem to be porus, do u want a dozen of the screened eggs or would u be happy to wait another week so i can test these?  ive almost got the dozen should have them by tomorrow night.
