I have a friendly neighbour farmer who is a potato grower, and he has kindly let me scrounge his fields for left over tatties once the main crop is in-picked up about 50 kilos the other day (the Wiglet Sisters just LOVE their tatties!
)-so my question is, what is the best way to store them? We are now coming into autumn, with night temps around 10-12c, days still up to about 20ish. In the dark I know, but covered or uncovered?
