23" Collar Black Easy clean ( rubber coated webbing) harness. Patent leather on collar and blinkers, leather sewn on traces  and swivel chain ends similar in style to vanner set of harness but no kidney beaters, brass hames and furniture. Fitted my 15'1"  Welsh Cob who is sadly no longer with us.
