More twins
« on: March 19, 2012, 11:47:42 am »
so hubby was here from Thursday until this morning and not a single lamb born. Within three hours of him going back up North more twins have been born so it's me covered in goo again, it must be a girl thing  ::) So far all of the four ewes who have lambed have had twins which seems rather good however only one ewe lamb but it has given me the oportunity to practice my castration skills  ;D. One more Ewe to go and then that will be my first lambing done

fingers crossed for the last one. I have just accidentally cut the ewe though as the lambs were struggling to find her teats so I cut away some straggly wool and have just caught her with the scissors, sprayed it with blue spray but I feel so guilty and worried  ???
