North Ronaldsay sheep
« on: January 20, 2008, 03:23:06 pm »
Hello-I currently have a small flock of North Ronaldsay sheep but because I have to rent all of my grazing its proving tricky (they are very copper intolerant and therefore some types of ground I just cannot rent i.e. land which has been used for pigs etc). An alternative to jacking in having any sheep of my own (I need to find new grazing from April onwards) is having a different breed. I am very keen on scottish rare breeds so wondered whether any forum members have any Boreray sheep for sale or swap? If any one knows of any grazing available in East Lothian (east side) that would be fantastic too. Many thanks.

Just noticed that no one has welcomed you onto the site so from a very sunny(for a change) Normandy, good morning and hope you enjoy the forum as much as we do.

Cannot help you with your sheep problem I am afraid but I am sure there is someone on the forum who can.

Good luck with your search.

Kate
