I know the area well - used to live in the Amman Valley myself & worked in Carmarthen.  There are a few piggy folks around Carmarthen way, but maybe not on TAS.  What a shame, look what an amazing community we all make

For everybody in Wales, I'm going to be at the Welsh Smallholder show in Bulith Wells in May with Rosemary - we'll need to organise a wee TAS party  ;)

I'm in Powys about 30 mins from builth showground. I'm planning to have my first go at showing a couple of my pigs so should be good for a laugh. If you see a couple of Berkshires running across the show ground I will be the one swearing at them in hot persuit.

We're on Carmarthenshire Ceredigion border in between Lampeter and Llandysul. Have just sent off our first 2 porkers and tasted our first sausages - everything went really well. We are now having a rest before getting some more in the summer and yes we intend to go to the Smallholders show and would love to meet up.

Karen that sounds like a good idea. I'm not a drinker but I may need one by the end of the weekend ;)
Are you learning to judge the pig section? Are you bringing any pigs down with you or just spectating.
