nothing better than getting home to find 3 new Shetland ewes in the field  ;D let the fun begin  :D :D :D  :sheep: :sheep: :sheep:

OOoo they look lovely!! Just like ours, a pick and mix of colours, lovely!! A few sheep nuts rattled at them and they'll soon be chewing your sleeve thoughtfully like ours do!

Hi, I know how you feel, our's are comming today, Hampshire Downs, our first time of actually keeping sheep rather than a few lambs for eating. Good luck

Once you get them friendly watch your zips!  Shetlands seem to like nothing better than a nice zip to chew when the goodies have all gone.

Enjoy, we just got ours In December. Lots of character and very bolshie (jumping up, feet in bucket). If bucket trained very manageable - plus light enough for even me to carry. Ours are polled but still put manners on our westies!  Don't now how I'm going to eat them....

we are breeding from ours so dont have to worry about eating ours haha. we had al out dogs n with them one at a time on the lead think the dogs were more concerned than the sheep were

Love your colours - I went for a good mix too and yes they all have names, bucket trained and I almost get bowled over at feed time and Hazel uses JoJo my bottle fed Jacob as a stepping stone to get her head in the bucket however high I try to hold it!! Have fun  :) :) :)
Pygmy Goats, Shetland Sheep, Zip & Indie the Border Collies, BeeBee the cat and a wreak of a building to renovate!!
