Now I love chocolate as much as, probably more than, the next woman, but I've never been able to eat it first thing.  BH, however, starts his day on Tunnocks Caramel Wafers (without which the whole of British Agriculture would grind to a halt  :D) and has done for ever.  He has his proper breakfast after he's done the first feeds.

I had porridge with water the other day and that was bad enough. I don't think I could face having salt in it as well. I miss the lashings of golden syrup  :yum:

Chocolate for breakfast ?

mmm depends if you weigh more than you should and if you don't want to. Otherwise I would say eat what you want and enjoy.
If I take breakfast then my favourite is smoked mackerel and hummus on rye biscuits. Whatever floats your boat I guess.
