halter tying

hey all

need to learn to tie my aown halters i have 3 new shetlands on the way and want to have them halter trained but need to learn how to tie 1st can any1 help?

I have the white rope halter that you can get from the agri merchant for about £5 - it comes made up but I do find it takes a bit of working out to get right - it has 2 loops - one for behind the ears and one for around their nose and under their chin - you just pull the lead part to tighten up. We also got one that is flat leather with buckles, it's easier to put on and sits nice
Pygmy Goats, Shetland Sheep, Zip & Indie the Border Collies, BeeBee the cat and a wreak of a building to renovate!!
