A wee bit of a brag.
« on: January 07, 2012, 11:18:52 am »
I go to very few Championship Shows due to living in Scotland and unable to drive great distances alone so when i get reports like this it makes it all worth while.  So chuffed couldn't help a wee brag.  That was belle's second CC - one more to be a Champion, then her working certificate needs to be done.  Allez's was his first CC, but he has three reserves too.

Open Dog (5) 1 Massie’s Fosscott Alaine over Aberdon, appeals for type, balance & soundness. A true Brittany, well shaped head, nice expression, well set ears, strong neck & topline, sound mover. CC & BOB;

Open Bitch (4) 1 Massie’s Yarak Viola to Aberdon, excellent proportions, lovely type, workmanlike, feminine head, medium length of neck, deep chest, very good bone & feet, in good coat, moved well, in lovely condition. CC;

PER IVERSEN (Norway)

Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

Well done - such a nice feeling when your animals - owned or bred do well.

Congratulations Annie  :trophy:
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

Even better - not just owned but also bred.  i am still very proud of a dog I bred who won a couple of reserve CCs.

Congratulations, your not bragging just sharing your good news, its good to hear of others successes. We would have been cross if you had kept it to yourself.  It sounds like well deserved and well earned praise.  :thumbsup: :wave:

Thanks, everyone, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Belle can get that elusive third Cc to make her a Champion, even though she is almost 8.  She looks younger than her years so hope that will help.
