pig weights

i thought as a guide for others i would put the weights on of one of the three pigs 
pig born on 9Th of June   killed 13Th DEC last weighed on 4Th DEC at 89 kilos dead weight 65 kilos only bit missing was the tongue
head weighed 4.790 k
sausage meat 9.440 k
belly rolled     4.170 k
back bacon    4.235 k
back bacon    4.075 k
tender loins   0.535 k
skin from b/b 2.145 k       cure does not penetrate the rind
hocks            1.535 k
hocks            1.465 k
trotters          0.705 k
trotters          1.405 k
kidneys          0.310 k
skin               1.920 k
back leg        10.735 k     untrimmed
back leg         9.315 k      trimmed
ribs                2.760 k
                     59.115 kilos
just under 6 kilos of waste     glands    blood spots in meat etc
the bigger pigs heads weighed 5.500 kilos  some of the joints vary in weight because of where the cuts were made as can the head if cut of at the back of the ears or further back
hope my maths is correct any questions just ask :farmer:

What breed of pig is that Robert?

I'm waiting to get my cured cuts back on Monday before adding into my calculations.  Ours were born 25 May, killed 5 December.
