One of my goats has died
« on: December 09, 2011, 06:54:07 pm »
Went to feed the goats this morning and my billy goat had died in the night  :(
He was fine yesterday. I think it was bloat as he was very bloated. The sad part was taking him to a local hunt kennels .

Aw, I'm so sorry.  Must have been an awfully painful death fro him too.  Hope he didn't suffer too much.

Sorry to read your news, It could be just the build up of stomach gasses making it look like bloat, the stomach content would keep fermenting after death and make everything swell.
