
Its all weighed, bagged and in the fridge or freezer, or eaten!

They totalled at just over 44kg, 7kg a bag! plus the extra hearts & livers we were given by the lovely butcher who felt sorry for us as the pigs were so small!

But then, I've said all along how tiny they were, though goodness me how beautifully formed. All livers intact and beautiful lean meat.
the heads are wrapped & frozen while we decide what exactly we'll do with them, halved.
we've had a full roast dinner, home grown veg, yorkshires and our very first home raised pork ... the taste is just devine.
