AIR DRIED FOR OVER 12 - 18 MONTHS
APROX WEIGHT HALF HAM 3KG


THE YORKSHIRE HAMS ARE CURED IN SALT AND BROWN SUGAR FOR 21 DAYS, THEN THE HAMS ARE NATURALLY AIR DRIED FOR AT LEAST 12 -18 MONTHS
 THE HALF HAMS ARE WITH THE BONE IN.
