Anyone near Linlithgow want to share my garden?
« on: November 25, 2011, 11:21:41 pm »
Hi all

I've got a bit of garden, it's a fair size, but I haven't got a lot of time to keep it going.

I'll happily give up a bit of a plot in return for someone keeping an eye on my efforts when I'm busy

I'd also like to get some chickens in as well, but I don't eat many eggs - and i'm put off getting them as I regularly have to go over to Ireland for about 4/5 days at a time

So, if there is someone keen to get going growing their own but doesn't have any space, then i'll provide the space and we can split the workload between us.

I've got a fair amount of work to do over the winter to clear the plot and build the beds, but we should be good to grow in the spring.....so no rush to let me know if you are interested.

just get in touch if it sounds of interest

If you dont get any luck on here you could pop the details on Landshare (Hugh F-Ws initiative); unless you've already done it. They match up bits of land with peeps who want to cultivate.

I tried Landshare when i first moved down here and never got an answer, so hope you have better luck.
