One of my hens, a one year old Isa Warren, is looking very sorry for herself and her crop is so full it's almost trailing on the floor. Can I do anything?

I would say go to the vet.  You cannot get into her crop to remove anything, so that seems to be the best course of action I think.

I hope you get it sorted. Let us know how it goes.
