I told my friend I'd help her out by taking the resultant chooks from her incubator trial (me and my BIG mouth  ::) ;D) I've got 2 Silver spangled hamburg bantam cockerels too many ! Young birds from this years hatch, friendly and looking really healthy - off heat and living outside at the moment. I'll be up Stirling & Dundee way and over in Edinburgh later in the month if anyone wants to meet me and collect, save travelling all the way down to Lesmahagow.
I'll try to get some photo's up later - but a quick google will show you what they look like.
Just let me know if you're interested.
Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen
If you don't find anyone more convenient, we'll have one - although not sure when/how we'll meet up to pass him over.
If you find homes nearer to you, take them - but we're here as a backstop.  :)

Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
