Just 2 miles from Ayr hospital, this 4/5 bed cottage has been totally refurbished and in brand new condition, has a garden area plus 1/2acre paddock and has just come on the market

Lovely house with good sized garden ( Chickens and veg patch size) sold at auction this last weekend for less than 8000 euros YES eight thousand !!!!!! It need a bit of a refurb but was a bakery so has huge bake ovens in and you could live in it today whilst you did the work. Theres plenty of others on the market of a similar size and price. We have already started a small ex-pat community.

Hornig Imobelien I think Ill get My other half to post links to ;local estate agents when he gets in (Hes far more savi with computers) Or Google property in saxont, Thuringia and other eastern states have cheap prices too The nearer the border the less money you pay!
