I am a Butcher in Bridlington area in east yorkshire.

I am offering services of cutting pig/lamb carcase if anyone is interested, not sure how this would work, if you have premises for cutting and happy for me to travel to you i am fine with that as i dont have access to premises.

Prices -

Lambs - Cut to your specification, dependant on what is wanted price between £20-£30.

Pigs - Cut to your specification, dependant on what is wanted (sausage available if you have the equipment  can make it) price between £25 - £35
