just been informed today that they all want a designer dog with a bit of poodle in them because people with allergies favour them        then why not just get a poodle     or is that missing out on the money

I don't understand that either Robert.  The way things have gone, pure bred poodles are cheaper.   Not only that there's no guarantee that a doodle will be hypo-allergenic.  It's not the hair that causes most allergies anyway - it's the skin dander!
