I keep writing to Hugh Fernley W.  asking him to do a pig recipe book, one that gives lots of recipes for the cheaper cuts, the trotters, head, offal.  So far no response.

He's only done one a few years back on meat - nothing useful in there? Maybe Mr. Oliver's going to so one lol :&>
