A Rare Day out
« on: September 24, 2011, 02:13:51 pm »
Quite a busy day today getting the errant 4track back on the road for tomorrow.  We are going to be manning the Rare Breed Stand at Aden Country Park in Mintlaw as part of the Vintage Tractor Day  We've also organised some horse ploughing with Clydesdales and there is a sheep dog trial demo as well.  The tractors will be carrying out a wide range of farm tasks as done in days of yore - oh and there's traditional Scottish music and song.  It starts at 12.15, try and come along if you're in the area.
We keep Ryelands, Southdowns, Oxford Downs, Herdwicks, Soay, Lleyn, an Exmoor pony and Shetland geese.  Find us on Twitter as @RareBreedsScot
