My 10 year old daughter has taken her first ever shearling ram (torddu badger face) to the Society sale at Builth Wells.

She has just phoned me to say she has sold him for 910 guineas!!!

She will need to come to some sort of arrangement with us regarding the amount he has cost to rear. Don't know yet what they have bought, and will try to post a photo if they have taken any good ones.

Still waiting to hear how our rams did.

Our top price was 1050gns and we averaged 530gns, so am very pleased.

Turns out the badger tup was the top priced male of the day.
