Just in from Ruth Dalton RBST Northern Officer - I have just received confirmation from Professor John Woolliams of the Roslin Institute that he has kindly agreed to give a talk at the Members' Day. 
John is an eminent geneticist with wide ranging practical and theoretical experience of genetics so we are extremely fortunate to have him along to talk to us.

RBST's email systems have been down for the last week, so if you've tried to contact them to book a place and haven't heard back, please get in touch with them again asap 
It does promise to be a good day & I look forward to seeing you all there

I am going to try to come, hospital trip permitting, although I certainly won't manage the walk bit    OH will drive me up.  I'm really looking forward to it, esp the genetics bit (and your talk of course  )   Will book tonight.
