chick legs

My two smallest chicks seem to spend a lot of time with their left foot in the air - no obvious damage (one possibly dislocated??????? any thoughts? One seems to put a bit weight on the left foot more than the other. I had thought about splayed leg but it doesn't seem right

I first thought they were resting or basking under the lamp but they hardly put the foot on the ground. When they do they do not appear to put any weight on it. One of them when picked up seems to have little reaction with it at all compared with the stretching and moving of its toes. I think that one might be dislocated?
