Well I left this because it always seems to be me that explains but 16 others have looked and not answered so here goes.

When you click on reply to this post there is a white box to type in.  Underneath that in blue is the phrase 'additional options'  Click on that and a list will drop down.  Click on choose to get a photo from your own PC/Mac.  The photo needs to be lesss than 512 kb so you might have to resize it first.  Then click post and that's it.

You should be able to do it in your photo editing software.
In mine it comes under 'photo' you click the tab and get the option to resize.

For resizing pictures, if I cann't be bothered to fire-up Photoshop, there's a really handy utility from Microsoft.

Google for Windows Powertools Download and you should find it. It's a whole set of useful little utilities that integrate into Windows and one of which is an image resizer.

You go into My Computer, find the picture you want to resize, and right-click it. Lots of options for size, etc.

you have to change the settings on your PB profile to private ..
though I could do with getting somebody to check mine works.   but then, who'd sit through  a million pages of photos of animals?!  :)

Hadn't thought of that.  Must do it as there are photos of my grandchildren there as well as all the zillions of dog photos!  ;)
