Spicy Sweet Potato and Halloumi Burgers (V)

Hello, nice veggie treat here (I'm not veggie myself but it makes a nice change), great for the BBQ or can be fried/grilled. Next time I would serve them in warm pittas to make it all a little lighter. Enjoy!  :wave:
