Ducklings!

The first of the ducklings have hatched, what a cutie. I'm used to newly hatched chicks, so the duckling is a lovely change. It's recovering from its ordeal, siblings are still rolling around in their eggs. SO cute.

Just lovely, they are such a little scrap of life, so vulnerable, just lovely, good luck with them all Dizzy ;)
registered soay, castlemilk moorit  and north ronaldsay sheep, pygmy goats, steinbacher geese, muscovy ducks, various hens, lots of visiting mallards, a naughty border collie, a puss and a couple of guinea pigs
