What a wonderful forum you guys have here!  I'm so glad I stumbled across it and I'm going to apologise in advance for any irritating or down right obvious questions I ask but I am so fresh to this concept that I feel like I'm taking baby steps!  I'm only a baby (21, so not really) but I'm dying to soak up some of this knowledge!

I'm currently in York but still in a transient phase so who knows where I'll settle   I spent a lot of my childhood up in North Wales with family so I have a hankering to return, despite the mostly shoddy land!  Thanks for the warm welcome everyone
