Another camel born this morning!

It's a boy AND he's an albino...VERY rare and sought after.
1 wonderful husband, his 200 beehives,13 chickens, 8 camels, 4 zebra, 21goats,  2 pigs, 4 dogs, 1 horse, 2 ponies, 1 donkey and 1 capybara.

Your babies are lovely. Do you keep camels for a particular reason or are they just pets?

Not just for pets. I will one day be milking them and selling the milk. It sells for $9. per liter and it is highly sought after for it's medicinal healing factors. Also I sell babies they start out @ $3500. and last year at an auction out west, an albino male like the one I just had born went for $12,000.

How much land would you need per. camel and how easy/difficult are they to keep?
