so far I have one new chick hatched this morning, feed wise, what do I leave out for it & mum? do I need to leave out two seperate feeds or will mum live of chick crumb for a while?

For the first 24 hours they don't need anything, tehy live off what was in the yolk sac.  Yes, the hen will be fine on chick crumbs for a while, so leave food for them all together, and make sure there is water available that they can't fall into and drown.  Otherwise - don't worry they'll be fine.  Other chicks should be along soon!
