Shropshire Smallholder Group
Thursday 12th May 7.30pm
at Leebotwood Village Hall
SY6 6NB
Green Woodworking

The guest speaker is Tom Adams, who will speak to us on Green Woodworking. Tom runs a fruit tree nursery and works in orchard consultation/management. He works with wood, creating bespoke wooden structures and making a range of items from gates to yurts to treehouses.
There will, also, be:
the Members’ Exchange time, which will include the opportunity for any announcements about items for sale or wanted.
the monthly raffle so, please be generous when buying tickets.  Items for prizes will be appreciated.
the seed swap so do bring along any part-used or new packets of unwanted seeds and see if there are any seeds you would like instead.
the Members’ Table where you can sell any smallholder items, such as eggs, chutneys, tools & crafts.
As usual we will round off the evening with a two-course supper.   There is a charge for supper of £5.00 per person but, please, note that booked meals have to be paid for even if you are unable to attend the meeting as an outside caterer provides the food.  If you would like a vegetarian meal please request this when booking.
To book for the talk and/or supper please contact Paula Raymond by e mail lucy@raymond606.freeserve.co.uk or by ‘phone on  01743 873986 or by dropping her a line at Holly Ash, Lower Lythwood, Lyth Bank SY3 0BB.  Meals must be booked by the evening of Sunday 8th May at the latest.
All bookings are important (whether you are staying for a meal or not).
Guests and visitors are welcome at the meetings and there is an entrance fee of £1 & £3 respectively.  Meetings are free for members.

Be great to see you there  ;D

Like the idea of the exchange and seed swap. Must raise it with CSSA committee...
