hi there some of our lambs are messy about the backend i stopped there milk on monday they are on lamb pellats ,hay ,and grass  they are not scouring but they are mucky around there rear  cheers

You must have had them early to stop the milk supply so soon?

they are all foster lambs they have had 5kg of milk powder

Errr... with the milk replacers I am familiar with, 200g of powder makes 1L of milk... a lamb needs 1L / day for 6 weeks, that's 6 x 7 x .2 = 8.4kg per lamb.  Plus they must already be eating at least 1/2 lb creep per day and either grass or hay or both.

When the milk is stopped they will eat more grass and drink more water, which could indeed make them mucky about the backend.

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

you are correct 200g to one litre i have never given lambs in week 6 one litre normally by week 5 you start cutting them down
