I was delighted that Jet won, he was a joy to watch. there was a program on later about buying a puppy. Showing puppy farms and what not to buy. Just why anyone one would buy from these people. This practice needs to be stopped, those poor animals are kept in horrible conditions and have no life other than being bred from until they are too old. It was mentioned that one farm had over a 1000 bitches, maybe a visit from the tax man is what they need.

It's Irish Wolfhounds they breed.

I posted an Add on Gumtree and it got taken off saying something about puppy farm!! I was shocked but I since put other adds and they were fine, in fact we only have three boys left now, tonight we had a bidding war over our Yellow Male, so many people fell for him but hes going to a great home!!, we are def NOT a puppy farm, we love our dogs and would keep loads if we were rich!!

the puppy buying prog made me cry!

Sheba, our GSD loved watching Crufts (really!) especially the fly ball.  think she has a thing about collies - she had her nose to the screen for much of the next prog too....

I loved the reserve.  She seemed like such a wonderful family pet too.

Jed is too, he's always wagging his tail, don't think I've ever seen it still any time I've met him.
