Hi all

Another question from me    I was offered this piece of horse drawn farm equipment recently, the guy in the scrap yard said that it was a harrow, but Im not sure (and not that informed on this kind of stuff either) the reason Im not sure is that its curved in the middle and I cant see how it would harrow the ground evenly as the curved bit wouldnt be in contact with the soil.

The picture isn't great but hopefully someone will let me know what it is and how it should be used
