Our last one GOS weighed around 70 kg ( Butchers weight) with around 1 inch of fat on chops and joints.
 
Our pigs live in small groups, spending most of their lives outdoors in either a wooded area or a paddock. They are fed on low protein pig nuts recommended for our Traditional Breed Pigs. Traditional breed pigs are slower growing and take longer the modern breeds to mature, this means that their meat has time to develop flavour.
 
We live near Pocklington around 10 miles east of York.
