what do all of you use as a grain feeder for swine? I've seen the round feeders that hold a ton of feed but i'm looking for something that holds around 350lbs

For Hilary 4 buckets, for the rest of the herd just the recycled tyre tray type things that are so cheap over here.  Only disadvantage is if the pig stands in them in the mud, they are hell to pull out.

Hello,

We use double 8' cattle troughs with the legs cut down to suit the size of the pigs. If you are looking for an adlib solution then you'll need to invest in an outdoor hopper.

Cheers

Gavin
