Sounds like it will do ok if it is skipping, and with all the milk to itself should do well, just watch the sheep doesnt get mastitis, but try not to milk out too much otherwise she will not regulate the flow. 

With fostereing I think the thing is, that once the ewes milk has gone through the lamb and come out the other end she will usually accept them - thats why ewes always smell the lambs bums as they start to feed.  So if you need to foster tie her so she cant butt the lamb away, then put it somewhere next to the pen so she can see and smell it but not butt it. And if you have still got the original lamb pen them together so they smell the same.  After a day or two all should be well

 :wave:--- If you just draw a little milk so the ewe`s bag is not really tight and maintain that for a short while-- the ewe  shouldn`t hopefully get mastitis.
Hope the wee lambie gets going.

Shes doing fine the little mite is doing good, heres a photo, she is tiny !!
 
I am really pleased shes going to make it and solves all the problems with the ewe, she should do well with all that milk to herself
