Hi Roxy, so pleased to hear that you are back, I often wondered how you were getting on. Shame that you lost your animals but my god the winter has been so harsh. Look forward to hearing from you again.

Hi Roxy lovely to hear from you. Sorry things havent moved on. Would you brother consider renting the farm, would it then be possible for you to rent it from yourself and your brother? Just a silly thought.

If both you and your brother own the farm then it's probably held in a trust for sale. This is legal jargon but means you each have the right to sell it - it doesn't need both. Just a thought
