scours due to lush grass
« on: August 14, 2023, 03:29:39 pm »
hi all,

im new to sheep keeping.Ive had my small flock of 6 shropshire ewes since january.
They have been getting scours this spring and summer im told by the vet and others due to the lush green grass we have here at the moment.
Worm count all fine.
weve been cleaning them regularly to avoid flystrike but i was wondering if anyone knew of any way to counteract this?.
Anything we could add to there water or a type of mineral lick etc.
Many thanks
Alex
