Hello from Greenlaw
« on: June 24, 2023, 10:32:44 pm »
My wife Maureen and I have just got a smallholding near Brechin in Angus.  Both grew up on family farms and had other careers. Wanted to do this for years, now looking at an empty steading and land, left fallow and thinking......Ah!

I'm sure it will be fine... 😂
Cheers
Derek

Welcome !

Have you bought it yet?

Are any family members still farming (for help and advice)?
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
