Can anyone tell me how fast the rotary hay rake rotary(s)? …rpm-wise…

Here’s the thing.  It’s such a simple device I’m pretty sure I can put one together in my shop but I need to know the reduction from the 540 PTO speed to rotating splines so I don’t go flingin hay into next Thursday.

If anyone has an actual number that would be HUGELY appreciated.  Thanks all!
