Hello from A foggy Dorset
« on: December 30, 2010, 07:41:25 pm »
Found this fantastic forum yesterday and thought I would introduce myself. I'm currently living on the Dorset/Hampshire border and work full time but hope to 'retire' and buy a smallholding in Wales in the next few months. I would like a few animals, although not sure yet what, but one thing is for certain, I will need lots of help and advice. We did have some bees but lost them last winter. They are probably first in line for when we move.
I love all sorts of handcrafts and have been enjoying all of the 'crafty' posts which have given me lots of food for thought when I move. Can't wait to get started.

Hi!  Welcome to the site.  We are already in Wales - the north of the Country.  A bit misty and depressing at the moment, but the scenery is fantastic when you can see it :D

Hello

Welcome to the group.  I am also very new but have found the hours I have spend reading posts to be really useful.  I am based in Dorset and very new to all of this.  Have a few chickens and pigs, but hoping to expand this year.

Good luck Sarah
