feeding in-kid goats

when you don't know just when due -
I always note down when goats are mated. For some reason, this year I only put the dates in the 'tablet', only 2 into my actual diary.  Tablet died, taking all my dates, kidding/worming dates etc with it  :'(
One I know was the last, she came back in season, Jan11th. so due roughly Jun 10th :-(.
the other was Dec 16th, so due May 15th, they are late, I know :-(, but otherwise not a problem.
Bought the male 8th Nov, I think it was at least a couple of weeks before any females came in season, so presuming late November would be the first, when would you increase feed (currently on about 3oz twice a day) when there could be a month difference? worried about ended up with big kids/kidding problems.
2 boers and 2 dairy types.
TIA
