Hello all, I am an ex-pat Brit living in the US. We have a smallholding here of around 15 acres (we are not metric!). We mainly concentrate on self sufficiency, but I have a large flock of Breda fowl.
We are both retired and enjoying the country life and keeping ourselves relatively fit and healthy. Unlike UK, the US does not label all GMO foodstuffs, so we try to avoid store bought food as much as we can. My partner cooks from scratch and our main meat source is venison.
