To cut a long story short, I have an asbestos testing kit here that I don't need any more.

It's the £19 kit from Artisan Environmental. Basically if you have material you think might contain asbestos, send me £10 via Paypal friends & family, then I'll forward you the kit. You then take a sample, following the instructions therein (being very careful not to expose yourself to any dust). Then send it off to them, and they'll tell you if it contained asbestos or not.

This is a single-sample kit, and I only have one of them available. The first person to reply below and then message me their address can have it. £10 to get rid of (or confirm  ) those nagging doubts about your barn roof?  Bargain.
