Soapy Tribute to Avocet
« on: December 28, 2010, 05:58:32 pm »
I've formulated a new soap as a tribute to my old milking goat who supplied all the milk for me to start my business  :)  This batch was made using the very last tub of frozen milk from Avocet and I did get a bit soppy I have to say  :'(
anyway, its pure essential oils (Lime, lavender and ylang ylang) so quite girly but the oils used are reputed to be calming, comforting and good to lift low mood (everything my goats are to me really!) it also contains ground oats to act as extra moisturiser.  My 6 year old smelt it and said but mum it smells nothing like avocet - out of the mouths of babes!!

this is the Willowbank Avocet baaa! -
