2 weeks ago I noticed a small wet patch on our Suffolk Cross zwartble ewe couldn't see any fly strike but did all ewes with the last of the crovect as a precaution, anyway today I was crutching them out ready for the tup next week and her fleece is covered in pussy white gunk down her back only 2mm in and skin looks fine I will try up load a pic all othere are fine she looks well in her self any ideas?

Shoud add the skin is fine normal colour its as if its coming from above not from skin? Iv clipped the wet white bits off her

I don't think so they is a few trees around the edge of feild but nothing unusual? It's got me stumped

Did you put anything on after shearing, that stayed on the fleece instead of dispersing or breaking down?

I was puzzled by one of mine, she had a white caked deposit (not like your stuff though). Eventually I remembered I'd put louse powder on while shev was inside previous year.
